Shipping Policy

Delivery Time and Order Status

 

Delivery time for BEYOURs products depends on the product line and the customer's exact location:

  • BEYOURs products: Orders will be dispatched the next working day after confirmation.
  • Umind products: Orders will be dispatched within 5-10 working days.

 

If there are delays due to production or transportation constraints, BEYOURs will inform the customer promptly.

 

BEYOURs will provide delivery updates via Zalo, including:

  • Your order has been produced and a photo of the product at the factory (applicable to Umind products).
  • Your order is 100% complete, packaged, and ready for delivery (applicable to Umind products).
  • Additional updates may be provided based on specific customer requirements.
 

Standard delivery times are from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, excluding holidays. If you require delivery outside of these hours, please contact the Hotline/Zalo, and BEYOURs will do its best to accommodate.

 

Delivery Coordination

After order confirmation, BEYOURs will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time (within the limitations of the third-party carrier). Once the order is handed to the carrier, the delivery person will contact you directly to confirm the exact delivery time.

 

On the delivery day, the following steps will be followed:

  • The assigned delivery person will contact you prior to reaching your address.
  • The delivery team will wait up to 15 minutes before proceeding with the next delivery (depending on the carrier's policies; BEYOURs can only provide limited support).
 

Rescheduling Delivery

  • There is no charge for rescheduling the delivery time or address if you notify BEYOURs via Hotline/Zalo before the carrier takes over the order.
  • BEYOURs will charge a rearrangement fee of up to 10% of the order value if delivery fails due to the following reasons (applies to Umind products):
    • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
    • Incorrect delivery address.
    • Building management denies access to the premises.
 

Delivery Services

All delivery services provided by BEYOURs include:

  • Transporting furniture to your home.
  • Unpacking and assembling furniture (applicable to Umind products).
  • Cleaning up and removing packaging materials after assembly (applicable to Umind products).
 

Shipping and Assembly Fees

All BEYOURs shipping and assembly services are free for any products purchased or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, depending on specific circumstances.

 

Stair Carrying Fee

BEYOURs charges an additional stair service fee of 100,000 VND per floor for each item if the delivery team needs to carry the furniture upstairs to complete delivery and assembly (applies to Umind products).

Please notify BEYOURs in advance via Hotline/Zalo if stair service is needed.

 

Storage Policy

  • Storage Fee:
  • After order confirmation, please inform BEYOURs of your preferred delivery date.
  • If delivery is required more than one month after order confirmation, BEYOURs will adjust the production schedule to minimize storage time and reduce the risk of mold.
  • If there are delays in renovation or unforeseen circumstances, please inform BEYOURs in advance.
 

BEYOURs provides free storage for up to two months from the date the order is ready at the warehouse. After this period, BEYOURs will proceed with handling the order to free up warehouse space and will not be liable for the order or customer.

 

Old Furniture Disposal Policy

BEYOURs does not provide disposal or buyback services for old furniture. Customers are encouraged to contact local services for optimal cost efficiency and convenience.
