All products from BEYOURs come with a warranty that starts automatically from the date of delivery, ensuring free repairs or replacements for valid claims. Please note that the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable once the product has been used.

How to Claim Warranty:  

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at alobeyours@gmail.com or through Zalo and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • A photo of the defective part
  • A brief description of the issue  
 

If the warranty claim is deemed valid, BEYOURs will proceed with one of the following remedy actions:

  • Replacement of the product or any defective part due to manufacturing defects
  • Refund of a portion or the full order value of the defective product based on actual agreement
 

Warranty Period:

The details are specified for each individual product.
 

Warranty Coverage:

  • Defects due to faulty manufacturing or materials
  • Severe damages such as cracks, breaks, or faults that affect the product's functionality or safety
  • Coverage applies to the original owner and for residential use only at the original delivery address
 

What is Not Covered:

  • Damages caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or negligence
  • Damages caused by alterations, modifications, or tampering with the product
  • Damages due to cleaning with inappropriate methods or products
  • Normal wear and tear from use over time
  • Damage due to pest infestations
  • Lack of a valid sales order
  • Damages caused by institutional or commercial use
  • Products transferred to another party
