Cancellation Policy

To make the process easier for our customers, BEYOURs has the following cancellation policy:

1. Free Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of confirming the order or making a full/partial payment.

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours and Within 5 Days

If you cancel your order after 24 hours and within 5 days of payment, BEYOURs will charge a 30% cancellation fee to cover material procurement and production costs (applies to custom-made orders or Umind products).

3. Cancellation Process and Refund

• To cancel an order, please contact BEYOURs via Hotline/Zalo and provide the order number and reason for cancellation.
• Once confirmed, BEYOURs will process the refund after deducting the cancellation fee.
• Refunds may take 7 - 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Policy

At BEYOURs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please refer to the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility

• You can return the product if you change your mind, provided the product meets the following criteria:
• The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original packaging and unopened (applies to BEYOURs products).
• Please note that Umind products are not eligible for returns unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

2. Return Process and Refund

• To initiate a return, please contact BEYOURs via Hotline/Zalo and provide the order number and a photo of the product in its original packaging.
• BEYOURs will arrange for the collection of the product (if already delivered).
• Once the product is returned to our warehouse, BEYOURs will process the refund.
• Refunds may take 7 - 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
