Job Description:
BEYOURs is looking for an Online Sales Executive to join our dynamic and creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales channels, providing customer support, and maximizing revenue from e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product information, content, and images across all online sales platforms (Facebook, Website, e-commerce platforms).
- Consult and assist customers through online communication channels such as chat and email.
- Process orders, confirm details, coordinate packaging, and ensure timely delivery.
- Track sales performance, analyze channel effectiveness, and prepare regular reports.
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in online sales, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and platform management (e.g., Shopee).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle issues effectively.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic English skills are an advantage.
